- Text-based queries, such as lists of ingredients or cooking questions (e.g., "what can I make with chicken and rice?").
- Dietary preferences, cooking time constraints, or skill levels you specify.
- Payment Information: If you subscribe to premium features, we will collect necessary payment information through a secure third-party payment processor.
We only collect this information if you choose to provide it. You can opt not to provide certain information, but doing so will limit or prevent your ability to use the App's core features.
General Information
"General information" is automatically collected through your interactions with our App and may include data that does not personally identify you. This includes your IP address, device type, operating system, and general usage data (such as date and time of access, features used, and crash reports). We may use device identifiers and other tracking technologies to enhance the functionality and performance of our App.
2. Use of Your Information
Limitless Being LLC respects your privacy and will not sell your personal information to third parties. We may use your personal and general information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our Services and App features.
- To Generate AI-Powered Recipes: This is the primary function of the App. We use the User-Generated Content you provide (ingredient photos, text queries, and preferences) to power our AI models, which generate personalized recipe suggestions, nutritional estimates, and illustrative food photography.
- Respond to your inquiries and fulfill service requests.
- Communicate with You: To send information on products and services you have requested, as well as updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
- Analytics: To understand app usage and improve our services. We use analytics services to analyze user interactions with the App. This data helps us improve functionality, identify and fix issues, and understand user behavior to inform product development.
We may aggregate de-identified data for research and development purposes with internal or external partners to improve our AI models and enhance our service offerings.
3. Security of Your Information
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. These include encryption methods for data in transit and at rest. Your information is hosted on secure cloud servers. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
4. Data Retention
We store the User-Generated Content and saved recipes associated with your account. If you choose to delete your account, all of your personally identifiable data, including your saved recipes, user-provided content, and account information, will be permanently deleted from our primary production systems. Some limited, de-identified or aggregated data may be retained for research, analytics, and development purposes as described in the "Use of Your Information" section.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of providing certain personal information by not entering it into the App, though this will impact the App's functionality. You can also contact us to request the deletion of your account and associated data.
6. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us at the email listed below, and we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
